Entrance front of building, same door as The Deli and Company.
Once through the door go straight ahead to the elevator and press 3.

Avoid 3a that's another part of the building.

 
Once the elevator door opens go straight and you have arrived! Signs above the doors. Look for the one that states Sanctuary and make yourself at home.
