Can my family or friends Use my Spa Membership pricing?
Your Spa Membership pricing is non-transferable and can not be shared. However, we do have a special 10% off regular pricing for friends and family. Members must be present and receiving services the same day as their friends or family members.
How many spa services can I have in one day?
You may choose one service from our membership options a day under your Spa Membership Monthly Program.
What happens if I make a spa appointment and I need to cancel?
The spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance. Our automated spa booking system automatically uses your spa membership credit 24 hours before as payment for your service, so you will lose the ability to use that credit later.
Can I cancel the program?
Yes absolutely, cancellation is easy, email us at spaatsacomills@gmail.com or come into the spa.
When will my credit card be charged each month?
Your Spa Membership payment will be billed on the 1st of each month.
Can I use my membership towards another tier?
Your membership is based on the tier you choose and is not valid on other tiers*
How long does the program last?
Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month with your payment.
Is there a membership fee to enroll in the program?
Yes, there is a one time membership fee to enroll of $25. To start your program, we need to put your credit card on file so that we can charge your credit card on the first of the month for your initial payment. The spa credit for your final month will be released to you upon 30 days cancellation notice. If 30 days notice is not given, final spa credit is forfeited.
